Breast lift
A breast lift, otherwise known as a mastopexy, is a surgical procedure that lifts and reshapes the breasts. It can address breast descent, changes in nipple position and asymmetry caused by ageing, pregnancy, breastfeeding, weight changes or even previous implants. Over time, these factors can stretch the breast’s supportive ligaments, leading to droop (ptosis).
Whether or not you have breast implants, the aim of a mastopexy is to restore a naturally elevated, rejuvenated breast position. For women without implants, this often involves reshaping and redistributing existing breast tissue, and in some cases combining the lift with breast implants, or absorbable mesh, to enhance volume and provide structural support. For those with implants, a breast lift may be paired with implant revision to address changes over time, ensuring both the implant and natural tissue sit in harmony. Every plan is tailored to your individual anatomy, goals and circumstances, with careful discussion over one or more consultations to ensure the best possible outcome.

What to expect
The specific technique used for a mastopexy can vary depending on the patient’s unique needs and desired outcome. Here is a general overview of what to expect.
I came to Mr Khan after a failed journey with other surgeons. It was worth every single second of time, energy, travel, and cost. I am beyond thrilled with my results, but the biggest change you will see, is not just the surgery I’ve had, but the smile it’s left on my face.
