Implant reconstruction

Implant-based breast reconstruction is one of the most common methods for recreating the breast after mastectomy. It uses a breast implant, or tissue expander — sometimes combined with a supportive biological mesh or acellular dermal matrix (ADM) — to restore shape and volume.

Mr Khan is a consultant plastic and reconstructive surgeon specialising in both immediate (performed at the same time as mastectomy) and delayed (performed later) breast reconstructions.

Each reconstruction is carefully planned in collaboration with your breast surgeon to achieve a natural, balanced result that aligns with your body and treatment journey.

I came to Mr Khan after a failed journey with other surgeons. It was worth every single second of time, energy, travel, and cost. I am beyond thrilled with my results, but the biggest change you will see, is not just the surgery I’ve had, but the smile it’s left on my face.
